Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Digital Products: Since our digital products are delivered instantly, orders can’t be canceled once processed. Need help? Contact us right away!
  • Physical Products: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Email us at info@izzibaby.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Delivery

When will I receive my digital product?

Digital Products: Instantly! After checkout, you’ll get an email with your download link. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or contact us.

Physical Products: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 7-10 days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order is on its way!

What if I can’t find my download link?

No worries! Check your spam folder first. Still no email? Reach out to us, and we’ll resend it ASAP.

Returns & Issues

Can I return my purchase?

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns aren’t possible. But don’t worry—you’ll love it!

Physical Products: You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. However, hygiene products and personalized items cannot be returned.

What if something is wrong with my product?
